Description
2000 Winnebago Chieftain WKL36L. Freightliner chassis, Cummins engine with an Allison automatic transmission with which has had a full service recently. 110,000 miles and we have owned this motorhome for 12 years. No oil leaks and new chassis batteries. Only selling because of health issues and very sad we need to sell it. Very good condition and stored inside during the winter. Everything works as should except the ice maker. Our first Chieftain was a 1992 gas, and I would never go back to the gas model after driving this 2000. Air ride suspension for stability with cross winds, nice smooth ride quiet ride without the pans clanging in the cupboards and so so quiet with the engine in the rear. And more room without the doghouse. The gas models have plain truck chassis, and these diesels have a semi-truck frame and suspension. New chasiss batteries new this year.
